Allied International is a growing company have Separate departments to fulfill the factory needs during all of the process from fabric up to stitched garments step by step, and then store it at a separate place until it shipped to the costumer. This company export its products on international level. Company was established in 2008 and now growing day by day itself as a leading integrated knitwear garment production house in Pakistan.This company have around 6,00,000 pcs per month production capacity which will be grow more near future. As we are progressing with the almighty of God.
Yarn Sourcing
We source yarn in required counts and composition from best spinners around Pakistan. The yarn quality is always our priority because good quality yarn is the base of quality of fabric. We are sourcing yarn in 100% cotton, Cotton Blends and 100% Polyester as per order requirement from spinning mills working with us as business partners.
Knitting/ Dyeing
Product Development
We have separate sampling section where innovative and highly skilled designers prepares sample garments, according to the need of the exporters.This sampling section executes all phases of development and ensuring that our strict quality standards are carefully maintained.
Cutting Unit
Cutting is very crucial stage of garment manufacturing and our emphasis is always to depute highly skilled persons in cutting section. This department is supervised by an experienced team leader to achieve utilization of fabric. The company is planning to equip the cutting section with latest technology of GGT to best utilization of fabric and accuracy of patterns and garment fit. We have cutting capacity more than 600,000 Pcs /month.
Stitching Unit
This section has been equipped with latest computerized machines to achieve best quality of garment with least or zero rejection. Sewing operation is being supervised by experienced Production Manager and we have hired skilled salary based machine operators. We also arrange training sessions for these operators from time to time to enhance skill level. We have provided with neat and clean environment according to international standards. We have stitching capacity around 600,000 Pcs /month
Threading
After stitching the garments we have process of threading to make finish garments, for this purpose we using auto trims as well as manual thread trimming as per quality requirements. We have threading capacity around 6,00,000 Pcs per month
Quality Control System
We have independent quality control department reporting to CEO. Highly skilled and motivated quality inspectors assure the quality parameters are being followed before shipping the goods. Our Quality control policy covers manufacturing process along-with safe handling and delivery of products, well-defined procedures for storing and packing of finished products. We have implemented comprehensive quality control system to maintain highest levels of customer satisfaction
Finishing & Packing
Garments are inspected and finished before packing to maintain the quality requirements of customers. At garment finishing, skilled team check all the garments ensure quality standards have been adhered. In case of any deviation of standard, the defected garments are separated for further action. We have latest garment pressing equipment including Vacuum Press tables, Thread sucking machine, stain removing machine, Electric Steam Generator for ironing, heater less stream Irons etc.
